1. Our Commitment

At YRS Designs, we stand by the quality of our luxury garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Return Window

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we accept returns for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Intimate apparel and undergarments.
• Custom-made or personalized pieces.
• Items showing clear signs of wear or damage.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@yrsdesigns.co.za. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

5. Refunds

Refunds for defective items will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item has been received and inspected by our team.
